With the demand of composite products on the rise, it will afford CPC the ability to manufacture a wider range of products and allow it to go beyond the limit of those products that are currently being produced. As a result, it will generate increased growth because our products’ diversity allows for providing the consumer with various products that are in constant demand. Those products can include (but are not limited to) pallets, fencing, shipping containers, plywood and building/construction lumber, roofing shingles, parking stops, etc.

Unlike other manufacturers, CPC has access to an unlimited supply of raw material that can be obtained by negotiating with the appropriate MRFs or other interested suppliers.

We have researched the possibility that includes manufacturing specific products for use by various State/governmental transportation agencies.

Marketing Plan

The keys to successfully implementing our marketing strategies will include our ability to produce products that are in constant demand, possesses unlimited durability, continually recyclable and is available with a variety of design options. Another major factor is to continually monitor the construction industry atmosphere by analyzing the various regions’ population growth, therefore affecting future residential and commercial interests.

CPC will also include the education of the general public and its customers, stressing the importance of upcycling and how their participation will make a significant impact in the overall diversion rate of post-consumer waste that would, otherwise, end up in our landfills. We will further pursue this endeavor by promoting the advertisement of such by means of emphasizing the unlimited range of usable products that CPC has the ability to produce.

Competitive Advantage

CPC has the advantage of being the only company that will produce composite products from 100% post-consumer waste. In addition to the tremendous cost savings we incur of the raw material retrieved, CPC will have the advantage when pricing our products to our competitors by using post-consumer waste plastic verses the virgin plastic and other types of materials used in our competitors’ process.

Pricing

CPC has the competitive advantage over other companies because of our access to a continuous and unlimited supply of 100% post-consumer waste. This continuous stream of raw material will result in an increase of product inventory and opportunity of increasing our ability to expand in the manufacture of numerous products that have demonstrated to generate a high level of consumer demand. Having these advantages positions CPC to pass a portion of the profit on to the consumer by means of competitive pricing, volume, value and variety of products produced.

Distribution Channels

The key elements of CPC’s marketing campaign consist of personal sales calls by the principal and other personnel. We will establish point of contacts with local construction firms, ACE Hardware stores, and independent construction contractors to introduce our products and monitor the product flow through those entities. For future endeavors CPC will consider distribution channels to be accessed by use of the Internet. CPC projects that these distribution channels will not be limited to the state level but will expand to include the federal and international levels.

Promotional Plan

CPC representatives have contacted and, in some cases, met with major hardware suppliers. We have conducted a meeting with an ACE Hardware representative at their Oakbrook, Illinois headquarters and were encouraged to establish a supply line to all of their independent hardware stores, starting with stores whose locations are nearest our facility. CPC will establish
an inventory which tracks individual product lines, product price, quantities, and product manufacturing facility. This information will enable ACE Headquarters to evaluate and determine if the products qualify for their national distribution plan.

A budget for the development and distribution of promotional brochures and video presentations will be established to promote our products. Our websites will be established to serve the public and retail customers. These websites will be periodically updated to introduce new products and announce any significant newsworthy research and development findings.

Feedback

Continued satisfaction with CPC’s products is imperative to its long-term success. It is our goal to establish an online avenue for all our customers to interface with us regarding pertinent information (i.e., timely delivery, product quality & quantity delivered, customer relationship issues, etc.) through our website. With each delivery, we will provide literature instructing our customers on how they can have access to our customer service department to report such information. We will conduct follow-ups and informal customer satisfaction surveys on every delivery to ensure it was timely and efficient.
