Our goal as a corporation is to be known as a company that develops methods to encourage cultivating of relationships among its employees, customers, providers of raw material, and those with whom we interface on a daily basis. A foundation is being built upon in the establishment of potential facilities within California as a result of our involvement with representatives of city, county, State, and with MRFs. We have made contact with potential customers regarding their interest in our products.

CPC’s future endeavors will include exploring beyond California’s boundaries so as to be economically, financially and environmentally beneficial as a result of having implemented our upcycling process.

Business Goals

CPC’s goals include providing a superior quality and more cost effective substitute for the construction industry through the upcycling of post-consumer waste. A revenue target of $5.5 million per year is based on an average raw material input of 45 tons/day, 24 hr./day and 5 days/week. Our goal is to triple our raw material input the following year, therefore projecting a revenue target of $16.5 million.

Our goal is also to increase the number of facilities in California by building our capital base and applying for RMDZ loans with city/county/State grants which may be available to establish a facility in each of the CPC’s qualified regions throughout the State. The qualification factor is based upon (1) availability of funds, (2) sufficient availability of post-consumer waste plastic, (3) accessible location, and (4) potential demand of products produced.

Our long-term goal is to encourage participation and establishment of facilities within States where recycling programs have yet to be introduced. CPC may decide to conduct a survey to assess the willingness of selected areas to participate in a recycling program. In regions where surveys have demonstrated it to be financially sound, consideration to offer full/partial funding in support of such programs will be made available.
